how to download videos

I seem to be having a great deal of difficulty with this "user friendly" program
When I get to orbit grab++ no files appear. so I can not download anything.
Any body know of other video download programs?

Hi all, I have a problem with orbit fails to capture the media, I tried to activate the first monitoring with Grab + + and I've updated the web page where there is the media, but I am always the same thing.

Tell me please how do I fix this?

I also having an orbit problem - its screwing up my torrent download software that I use to catch up with my TV series. Cant seem to run the two systems on the same platform. Looking forward to seeing what they are promising as a replacement for Orbit ?

My problem is when trying to edit the video using the spinaccle program... Somehow it can't open the saved video on my computer... But I can see that most of you are stuck in an earlier step...so I guess I'll have to wait until you all get where I am...
What I do is that I open the orbit program, and then open the movie on the site I'm promoting. Then while the video I chose starts playing, I open orbit again, and click on grab++ ...when I go back to it , then it shows the videos. Hope this helps... Now, can someone help me??!
